    Staff are unfriendly and seem annoyed by you simply purchasing something. Awful, worst JB I've ever been too.

    At Werribee store, staff member asked me to wait whilst he answered the phone, but kept me waiting quite a while. Other staff ignored me. When he finally served me, it was as though he had better things to do. I will not go back to Werribee store again, I recommend Altona. Much better service there.

    This was a very nice store. It had everything prices were reasonable. Also had a lot of specials. Staff weren't very friendly.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff have no idea of a thing called problem solving and I'm a customer who already had paid. So much for trying to help the customer. PATHETIC!
